Sai Ram,

There is no difference!!
They are both the same. Sai Era will be of Triple Incarnations.
Shirdi Sai of past, Sathya Sai of present and Prema Sai of future.
Swami says you should have full faith in whatever deity you prefer. All prayers to all Gods reach to Him. It is one's personal choice and belief.

GOD IS ONLY ONE.

He assumes different Forms & Incarnations in different times and ages.
The Lord has incarnated as Sai in Kali Yug,
He had incarnated as Krishna in Dwapara Yug,
He had incarnated as Rama in Treta Yug.
